• A personal property manager - who will carry out a monthly inspection and airing of your property. We will inspect for any damage to inside and out, flush all toilets switch off any electrical products not needed and report back any improvements that can be made.

• Monthly accounts - a monthly statement of accounts will be sent to you detailing all housekeeping and maintenance charges as well as your rental income during the month.
